Active Halton is encouraging people in Halton to get off the couch and run.
Why not join in and take the opportunity to meet other new runners every week in a friendly, supportive environment while you train for a 5k run over 10 weeks.
Opportunities to take part: Phoenix Park Runcorn every Tuesday and Thursday evening or Halton Athletics Academy Monday and Wednesday evening.
You don’t have to attend for the full 10 weeks, but the more you run, the fitter you’ll be,.
